Elizabeth Beattie

Elizabeth was born and raised in southern Oregon and she moved to Tucson to attend The University of Arizona, obtaining a BS in public health in May 2021, with an emphasis in health systems theory and practice. She is now pursuing an MS in nutritional sciences.  

Elizabeth is highly interested in learning about the effects of stress and exercise on immune system function. She hopes to one day apply research discoveries in this field to preventative medicine, holistic health approaches, and corporate workplace environments.
